- For Australia-wide shipping: While we dispatch daily and you can nominate a preferred date, please allow for standard shipping times to ensure your gift arrives on or around your desired date.

We offer local courier delivery to the Sunshine Coast on Saturdays. We don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

For local courier deliveries, if the recipient isn't home, our courier will first attempt to leave the gift in a safe, shaded, and secure location if deemed appropriate (e.g., out of direct sunlight and view, protected from weather). If no safe place is available, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection, and we will contact the sender. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive a gift hamper containing alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are both over the legal drinking age.
What are the rules for delivering a hamper with alcohol?
What are the rules for delivering a hamper with alcohol?
For legal compliance, all deliveries containing alcohol must be received by an adult (18+). Our courier may ask the recipient for proof of age upon delivery. If no one over 18 is available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be returned to the depot and a redelivery fee may apply. We cannot leave the hamper unattended or with a minor.

Yes. Our gift hampers comply with all state and territory liquor laws. This means the alcohol is not the main component of the gift and does not exceed the legal volume limits. Our hampers are sold as genuine gifts, and the value of the alcohol and its container does not exceed a certain percentage of the total gift's sale price, as required by law.
